Focus comes in diesel

Ford recongises that climate change is a significant global challenge and we have an ongoing commitment to caring for the environment in every facet of our business, including delivering alternative fuel solutions.  An efficient diesel is offered in the Focus range which is gentler on the environment than its petrol equivalent thanks to its lower emissions and carbon footprint.  And the refined petrol Focus engines are also conscious of fuel economy as well as delivering on performance.

Though it carries only a 53 litre fuel tank, the turbo diesel Focus TDCi provides exceptional travel range.  So there's less need to re-fuel and less interruption to get to your destination.  With a full tank of diesel, the Focus TDC1 manual has a range exceeding 900kms so you're potentially able to travel from Melbourne to Sydney without having to do a fuel stop.  So not only saving you fuel costs but generating fewer emissions along the way.  It's smart thinking and you'd expect this to come from Ford, of course.
